Delete your IFTA Miles account

1. Open IFTA Miles and open your account from the menu.
2. Open Manage account and choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm permanent deletion. You may be asked to sign in again to verify ownership.

Your cloud trip and fuel records, carrier and truck details, corrections, saved worksheets, original GPS tracks, receipt images and sign-in identity are removed. The app clears the account data on the device where you delete it. Pending cloud deletion is retried if a service is unavailable; contact support if it remains pending.

Email admin@apponance.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “IFTA Miles account deletion”. Include your sign-in method (Google or Apple). We may verify account ownership before deleting it. Do not email passwords, receipts or GPS logs. Email requests are normally completed within 7 days; we respond within 30 days.

A minimal technical deletion marker containing the account identifier and deletion timestamps is retained indefinitely to prevent stale clients from recreating deleted data. It contains no trip, receipt or profile content. Files you exported elsewhere remain wherever you saved them. Store-held payment records remain with Apple or Google.

Support messages are kept while we handle the request and for our support records afterwards; you can ask for their deletion at any time. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted. Firebase crash reports age out after 90 days and server request logs after 30 days.

Cancel paid subscriptions separately through the App Store or Google Play; account deletion does not cancel billing. An account is required to use IFTA Miles, so uninstalling the app removes only the copy on that device and does not delete the records already backed up to your account; use Delete Account above.
