Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Chat and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately — you are signed out on all devices and your account cannot be recovered.

Request deletion without the app

Email admin@apponance.com with the subject “Chat account deletion request” from the email address associated with your account (the Google or Apple address you signed in with), and include your Chat username if you remember it. We verify the request against that address, delete the account, and confirm by reply — normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile (name, avatar, bio), and username reservation.
• Your friend list, friend requests, remarks, tags, and per-friend settings.
• Your conversations’ state, the messages you sent, and your uploaded media.
• Your Moments posts, likes, comments, and notification registrations.

Messages you sent may remain visible in other people’s copies of a conversation, the same way an email you sent stays in the recipient’s inbox. Records we are legally required to keep (for example abuse reports and their moderation outcomes) may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion, then removed.
