Delete your Brisk account

You sign in to Brisk with Google or Apple, and your workouts are backed up privately to that account. You can delete your account and everything it backed up at any time — from inside the app, or by email if you can’t access it. This applies to the Brisk app (com.apponance.brisk) on iOS and Android.

Delete from the app

  1. 1 Open Brisk on your phone and open the menu (☰).
  2. 2 Tap your account, then “Manage account”.
  3. 3 Tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4 Confirm. Your account and its cloud-backed-up workouts are permanently removed.

Or request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we’ll delete your account. Include your sign-in method (Google or Apple) so we can locate the account. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • check_circle Your account and sign-in (Google / Apple) link
  • check_circle Every workout backed up to the cloud — routes, splits, stats, and notes
  • check_circle The copy of your workouts on the device you delete from

What this does not touch

  • info Workouts you exported yourself (GPX or backup files) stay wherever you saved them.
  • info Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
